Privacy Policy

We collect information you and your organisation provide to run our services: names, business contact details (email, phone), site addresses, and the content of documents you upload — including architectural drawings, requests for quote, and related correspondence. We also record activity logs (who did what, and when) for security and audit purposes.

We use your information to provide the quoting, job-management and related features you request — including analysing uploaded drawings, generating quotes and documents, and coordinating production, quality-control and installation. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with the service providers that operate the platform on our behalf — principally Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, document storage and our in-region AI service), our authentication provider, and email delivery. Each is bound by contract to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us.

Most of your information is stored and processed in Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2, Sydney), including our database, document storage, and our primary AI drawing-analysis service (AWS Bedrock, in-region).

In limited cases, architectural drawings and their extracted text — which may incidentally contain names, site addresses, or contact details — are processed by Google Vertex AI (Gemini) in the United States (us-central1) as a fallback when the in-region service cannot interpret a drawing. We use this overseas service only for that fallback vision task, because the required vision model has no Australian regional endpoint.

Google processes this data under the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum, and under Google Cloud’s Service Specific Terms your data is not used to train Google’s AI models. By using the drawing-analysis feature you consent to this limited overseas disclosure. You can ask us not to route your drawings to the overseas fallback by contacting us.

Access is authenticated and scoped to your organisation. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, database access is restricted, and state-changing actions are recorded in an audit log. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations.

Under APP 12 and APP 13 you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first so we can address it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
